Dictionary improvements

• The Cambridge Dictionary have been added.
• You can now choose to view the dictionary in an in app browser or an external browser.
  • If you can't search the dictionary in an external browser due to mobile fences, please select the in app browser.

Voice improvements

• Support for customizable regular expressions

  • Regular expressions can be used to implement features like omitting strings in parentheses.
  • You can set it up in My Page → Settings → Custom Pronunciation.

• Add the function to set the language of the voice for optional fields.

  • Word and meaning are read by the voice engine in the language you set when creating the vocabulary.

  • You can also set the language for the optional fields (pronunciation, parts of speech, synonyms, antonyms, and descriptions).

  • You can do this from My Page → Settings → Voice Language.

    

    The optional fields can follow the word or meaning language of each vocabulary, or you can set a specific language.

• (iOS only) Add the function to set whether to play audio in silent mode

  • You can change the audio to play even in silent mode by selecting Playback in My Page → Settings → Voice → Audio Mode.

Improvements to word editing

• You can now swipe left and right to move to the next word in the word editing screen.

• When editing duplicate words, it has been modified to change to the most recent date.

• The location of the Edit and Delete functions in multi-line fields has been changed.

Improve quizzes

• Dictation : Add multiple field scoring criteria options.

  • one or more : If any of them match, score it as a correct word.
  • more than half : Only if more than half of the words match, score it as a correct word.
  • the entire : When all values of a word match, score it as a correct word.

• Dictation : Add text suggestion options.

  • If you've turned on Autocomplete in your device's keyboard settings, you can enable this option.
  • If you don't see text suggestions in Chinese or Japanese, you can also turn them on.

• Add word sort button to quiz answer screen

  

  You can now sort by unknown or known.

  • Fixed a bug where the selected vocabulary list was initialized when syncing with Google Drive.
